Single wire of the bare Litz wires is not enamelled. The Bare Litz wires can be provided with the insulations, in the form of yarns or tapes, which increases the electrical and mechanical values. Bare Litz wire can be round or profiled (rectangular or square). Round Litz wires are very flexible whereas profiled Litz wires have better fill factor.
